2. How we process your personal data

Our primary purpose in processing personal data is to provide users with access to our Products.

- If you register (create an account) and subsequently log in to our Product, your personal data will be utilized for the purpose of user identification and to facilitate the provision of our services in accordance with our primary objectives.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

MobiTeach reserves the right to display targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the relevant targeting criteria (for example, men ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area). MobiTeach does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad.
However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the
advertiser will assume that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

4. Legal basis for processing your personal data
We collect and use data based on the following legal grounds:

– service agreement or actions taken by the User to enter into such agreement,
– the Mobiteach’s legitimate interest in preventing unfair practices by the Website’s Users,
– the Mobiteach’s legitimate interest in processing for direct marketing purposes.

5. In app purchase
Some features of our Services may require payment. When making an in-app purchase, your payment will be processed by the App Store or Google Play, and we do not collect or store your payment information. The App Store or Google Play may provide us with limited information related to your transaction, such as confirmation of purchase and subscription status.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Refund requests for in-app purchases should be directed to Apple or Google. We do not manage the billing system for these transactions for Apple users, but we can process refunds for Android users and promise to do our best to follow best practices in such cases.
6. Storage of information
MobiTeach LTD will store anonymous data collected through our services, including activity data that MobiTeach LTD can use in some way to improve the service. Information, data from anonymous exams, including test results, will be maintained indefinitely for MobiTeach LTD to improve educational services, as well as for research and analysis.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years.
In the event, that you withdraw your consent or you object to our use of your personal data, we will remove your personal data from our databases. Please note that we collect and store the minimum of user’s personal data to provide our platfor well and to ensure your preferences are respected in the future.
However, the foregoing will not prevent us from retaining any personal data if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, file a legal claim, defend ourselves against a legal claim, or for evidential purposes.

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

MobiTeach LTD takes reasonable steps to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and destruction.
At the same time, the user should be aware of the fact that one hundred percent protection against attacks cannot be guaranteed because of the continual appearance of new viruses and other means of attacking the protected data systems of Internet services.
