Introduction
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the website www.mobiteach.ltd (the “Site”), the use of mobile applications on Android and iOS devices, and the use of the language-learning service provided through them (together, the “Service”).
These Terms apply to users of the following mobile applications (“the Products”): English Words A1-C1, French Words A1-B1, German Words A1-B1, Korean Words A1-B1, Italian Words A1-C1, Turkish Words A1-C1, Spanish Words A1-C1, Learn Arabic For Beginners!, Learn English For Beginners!, Learn French A1 For Beginners!, Learn German A1 for Beginners!, Learn Italian for Beginners!, Learn Japanese For Beginners!, Learn Korean A1 For Beginners!, Learn Polish A1 for Beginners, Learn Portuguese for Beginners, Learn Spanish for Beginners!, Learn Turkish for Beginners!, Learn Ukrainian for Beginners.
The Service is operated by Mobiteach LTD (“MobiTeach”) with headquarters in the United Kingdom, registered office at London, W8 4LZ, Hornton Place, First Floor Office 3.
By downloading and starting to use any of MobiTeach’s Products, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they make up the legal framework for using our Service. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorized to use, access, or participate in the Service. You also confirm that you are at least the minimum age required by law in your country of residence to use the Service without parental consent. The Service is not intended for use by children under the following ages, depending on their country of residence:
- 16 years old: Germany, Croatia, Italy.
- 15 years old: France, Greece, Slovenia.
- 14 years old: Austria, Belgium, Spain, Portugal.
- 13 years old: USA, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
If you are under the required age for your country, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
You agree not to use the Service if you meet any of the following conditions:
- (a) You are organized under the laws of, operate from, or reside in a territory or country that is subject to an embargo, which is an order that restricts the movement of trade in or out of that country.
- (b) You are listed as a prohibited or restricted party.
- (c) You are blocked or denied by any government or are subject to international sanctions, which are measures imposed by a government against individuals.
MobiTeach currently provides free content and features, along with various paid packages available in the Products. You can find all the information about your usage options directly https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

The Terms apply to all non-commercial users of our Service. Any deviating or supplementary provisions agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract shall only apply if agreed between the parties and drawn up in writing.
We may update, change, suspend, improve, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time and at our sole discretion, either temporarily or permanently. If you do not agree to the changes to the Terms, you will have to stop using the Service. If we reasonably consider that any change to these Terms will negatively impact your legal rights or obligations in a significant way, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice of these changes and explain how to let us know if you refuse to accept the new terms. If you refuse to accept the new Terms before the changes are due to take effect, the version of the previously accepted Terms will continue to apply until the end of your billing period.
If you have a Lifetime Membership and choose to cancel it due to changes in these Terms, you may do so, however, no refunds will be issued.
Paid Use of MobiTeach
The basic version of the Service, which includes basic learning courses and content, can be used completely free of charge.We have a range of payment options in case you decide to advance your learning experience. You can opt for our monthly subscription, or purchase a lifetime membership to access advanced learning courses and content. Our fees for subscriptions and lifetime access are available to view within the app. We reserve the right to update our Fees as our Fees are subject to different subscription plans, gift plans, promotions, etc.
If you select Monthly Subscription your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each monthly period, being one month (or as near to the date as possible) from the date on which your Monthly Subscription was activated.
Lifetime Membership will be charged as a one-off upfront payment without any renewals, lasting om 100 years or until the date MobiTeach ceases to commercially offer the Services.
In case we change the Fees, this will not affect your existing subscription, therefore, if you have signed up for a subscription at a certain Fee, any Fee changes will not affect any current subscription or any Renewals.
If you made the purchase through the App, your subscription is also subject to the terms of your agreement with the relevant app store (in addition to these Terms), and to cancel your subscription, you must cancel directly with that app store. You will then still enjoy paid Service access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Content and Accessibility
MobiTeach uses the technologies currently and commonly used in the field to provide its Service. In order to be able to make full use of the services offered by MobiTeach, the User must likewise use these technologies (e.g. up-to-date operating systems, Google services) or enable their use on user’s mobile devices. If user devices offer older or not commonly used technologies, the User might only be able to make limited use of the services provided by MobiTeach.
Under these Terms, no person other than you and we shall have any rights in relation to your access and/or use of the Service.
Users can access and use the content available within our Service without requiring registration.
All information, data, text, software, messages, or other materials you post, upload, email, or transmit via the Service (“User Content”) are entirely your responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility for the content you provide.
We do not oversee the User Content shared through our Service, so we cannot assure its accuracy, integrity, or quality. You acknowledge that we do not monitor User Content but reserve the right (though not the obligation) to refuse, relocate, or eliminate any User Content available through our Service that violates these Terms or is, in our sole opinion,
unacceptable.
Mobiteach does not assert ownership of the User Content. By contributing User Content to our Service, you grant Mobiteach a global, royalty-free (meaning we will not compensate for the use of User Content), and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, and publish such User Content (a) concerning User Content submitted to your Profile, for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your Profile within the Service at all times until your Profile is terminated, (b) regarding other User Content, indefinitely for the normal operation of the Service, and (c) concerning User Content that provides comments on the Service (whether in your Profile or not), for the purpose of marketing the Service to third parties. In all cases, our usage is also regulated by our Privacy Policy.
If you prefer that we no longer display your User Content, you can delete your account anytime, and your information will no longer be visible to other users. Please understand that due to technical limitations outside our control, it may take some time for your personal information to completely vanish from search engines (like Google). You also recognize that some User Content (such as comments, posts, or messages) not directly included in your Profile may persist after your account has been deleted.
Third-party content
The Service may include content owned by third parties and links to other websites or applications (“third-party services”). We do not promote, endorse, recommend, or take responsibility for any third-party services in any way. Moreover, third-party services are not managed by us, and we are not accountable for any content or privacy practices associated with them.
You also acknowledge and agree that we will not be held responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses that are caused or alleged to be caused by, or in relation to, the use of or reliance on any content, products, or services available on or through such applications, sites, or resources.
Materials accessible through other applications or websites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of various countries. Your use of that material is subject to the terms of use of those applications or websites, rather than these Terms.
Liability
User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mobiteach and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns, from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of action, obligations, liabilities and damages whatsoever, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us, your breach of any of these Terms, or any claim that any translation we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Mobiteach will not be liable to you or any third party claiming through you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages related to the access or use of our service, or the inability to access or use it. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of service use, inaccurate results, loss of profits, business interruptions, damages caused by the loss or corruption of data, costs associated with recovering any data, expenses for substitute services, or claims by third parties for damage to computers, software, modems, telephones, or other property, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you or any third party claiming through you is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to Mobiteach for the service in the 12 months preceding the initial event that led to the liability. This limitation applies on an aggregate basis and having more than one claim will not increase this limit.
The Service, including all images, audio files, and other content, as well as any information, property, and rights provided to you by us, is offered on an “as is” basis. We and our suppliers make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Service, whether express or implied. This includes disclaiming any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Specifically, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, completeness, or error-free operation of the Service, nor do we promise specific results from its use. Access to and use of the Service may be interrupted during peak demand periods, system upgrades, malfunctions, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or for other reasons.
Intellectual property rights
All content available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, images, information, software, audio, and other files, and their selection and arrangement (“Mobiteach Content”), are the proprietary property of Mobiteach or its licensors and you shall not have any right to use such materials except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Mobiteach Content (excluding User Content as defined above) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos on MobiTeach are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.
The User agrees (a) not to modify any part of MobiTeach, except with the express and prior written consent of MobiTeach; (b) not to collect or make any use of any product listings, descriptions or prices; not to resell or make any commercial use of MobiTeach or its contents; not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit MobiTeach for any commercial purpose without express written consent of MobiTeach; not to use any meta
tags or any other “hidden tag” utilizing the MobiTeach name or any MobiTeach trademarks without the express written consent of MobiTeach.
The User agrees not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of MobiTeach or any associated websites and/or tablet and/or mobile applications or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on MobiTeach’s use.
The User agrees not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation,“robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that accesses MobiTeach in a manner that sends more request messages to the MobiTeach and/or MobiTeach servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MobiTeach grants the operators of public search
engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. MobiTeach reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. The User agrees not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from MobiTeach,
nor to use the communication systems provided by MobiTeach (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. The User agrees not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any MobiTeach Users with respect to their content. In all use of MobiTeach and all associated services, website and mobile and/or tablet applications, the User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
This applies irrespective of the jurisdiction from which you originate or the location from which you access the Service.
General
Under no circumstances will the Mobiteach be held responsible for any delays or inability to process a bid due to a natural disaster (such as earthquakes, storms, floods, etc.), unavoidable accidents, laws, regulations or orders of public authorities, military acts (announced or not), terrorism, hostilities, blockades, civil unrest, embargo, strike, quarantine or any other event or circumstance, which are outside the reasonable control of us and make it impossible to fully fulfill its obligations.
If any provision of these Terms is recognized invalid or is not enforceable, the other provisions of the Terms will remain in effect and this fact cannot affect them.
We have the right to engage third parties to develop \ support the operation \ develop our Product and may at any time transfer its rights and obligations, in accordance with these Terms, to an affiliated business entity or another person in connection with the sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, another transformation or in other cases according to applicable law. Anyway, if we transfer the User’s personal data, we will inform you in advance or will
act strictly according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is located at https://mobiteach.ltd/privacy-policy/. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

For any inquiries, please reach out to us at support@mobiteach.ltd. We respond to messages about a probable violation of Users’ rights and terminates violators’ access to the Service and its Terms. If the User believes that his rights may be violated or our Products or website contain materials that violate the rights of third parties, we ask to contact us by email mentioned above. We will consider appeals only if the User provides all information concerning his request. We reserve the right not to respond to the User’s request if he decides that the request is illegal, unreasonable, incomplete or, the User is not authorized to such an appeal or otherwise violates these Terms or legislation.
We may also contact you with notices, including updates to these Terms, via email, regular mail, or by posting announcements on our website and apps.
